Key Difference
Airtable was undoubtedly an excellent product when it launched ten years ago, offering a more efficient way for customers to organize business data and collaborate.
In comparison, Nocoly HAP is designed with greater sophistication to serve as an enterprise-level application platform. It comes with out-of-the-box features to handle complex business logic, including automated workflows, business rules, form-triggered actions, diversified permission settings, large data volume support and extensive control over data models and views. While Airtable offers basic capabilities, with more advanced needs met through add-ons, Nocoly HAP also focuses on application distribution across tenants—an essential feature for VAR partners.
Regarding deployment, Airtable is strictly SaaS, whereas Nocoly HAP can be deployed on any cloud specified by the customer.

About Nocoly HAP Comparison
Creating competitor comparison documents is challenging for any brand, and we face similar pressure.
Feature-by-feature checklists are often ineffective, as most mature products offer comparable features. However, it’s the granularity and depth of these features that truly differentiate them. Diving into such details, though, risks turning the comparison into a technical paper, which still may not tell the full story. Ultimately, the best way to help users decide is through hands-on experience.
While platforms like Gartner, G2, or Capterra provide lists of options and customer reviews, we feel it’s not a fair playing field for Nocoly HAP as a newly launched product.
We also recognize that comparison charts created by any vendor will never be fully objective. Vendors naturally highlight their strengths and downplay their weaknesses. While understandable, this doesn’t help buyers make informed decisions.
That’s why we’re taking a different approach with this document. We’re starting with a high-level overview of the positioning and key characteristics of various products, presenting a basic fact sheet. We’ll then open the document to future customers, particularly those switching from other products, to add their comments and notes. Their insights will reveal the core differences between their previous solutions and Nocoly HAP.
We believe this approach will make the comparison chart more informative and as objective as possible.
